Well its been 10 months post op, and I am feeling good...and looking good....I may say I am not losing as much that I would like to be, but i am working out in the gym, and trying my best to keep on losing...my worst fear is gaining weight back, as long as I don’t gain I am ok...I do admit, I love to go parting and drinking...not considered a alcoholic, but just having fun. Well just stopping by to check in...

hi thinner times, I am 10 months post op, and down 133lbs since surgery....I am feeling good, and lookin better then ever....but, I feel that I am eating more, and things that I should not be eating....I dont ever want to get as big as i was ever again in my life....any advice...please!!! What helped you....

Hi my TT family, i am down 86 lbs since my surgery in january...feeling really good and healthy...still need to take my pills more better...but other then that life is great..just stopping by to check in!!!
