well,its been almost 3 weeks since my surgery and I have lost 23 pounds.Im so excited that I can finally see,all the hard work that I have done and is still doing to keep focus on my goals.I started at 285lbs,in feburary,I lost 40 lbs on my own,and then I was 245 when I had my surgery.Im now weighing 222lbs.WOW,I never thought I would be here.My goal weight is 130lbs.I now know that I can be there.with determination and hard work.
My only question is when u started eating foods,was it weird...

I never thought I would be here.I have so many emotions going through me.Im excited on one hand,cause i cant wait till I can be the size Im proud of.And on the other hand Im nervous because I really dont know what to expect.I guess ever surgery is different. Well,i know that its all in gods hand,only he knows what my future holds.
