I dont know if anybody have seen the movie of benjamin buttons but at times i feel my life was somewhat like that movie...reason is that although i wasnt born old but for the reason that i was overweight since i had my first son which i gained 100 pounds and some more after i was never the same after that.
I would run away from people that knew me before..i felt like an outcast and now since surgery every month has trasformed me like if i was getting younger which i feel younger. I now want...

I am as of today seven months out of surgery and my weight as of today is 195 pounds...
I went into surgery weighting 295. I lost a total of 100 pounds.
I cannot say it was easy, avoiding the fatty foods, the chocolates, the cookies and pastries and coke. I had lots of times i wanted just a little piece, I mean what can a little piece do to me...blow me back up..lol but i didn't. I decided to change my whole life around when i went in for the surgery and i am keeping my vows to stay...

Well I went in weighting 298 pounds and i am happy to say I have lost a total of 83 pounds
just today I weighted myself and my official weight as of today is 215. I am so happy and it over powers me to want to keep moving forward...I have watched what i put on my mouth making sure i only eat healthy..I am always waiting 30mins before i take a drink after i have eaten..i have not eaten anything that contains flour, candies (even if its suger free) or cake or pop or anything that got me...

Ok well since my operation of Jan 29 2009 I have lost a total of 55 pounds and i feel great
of course i have dreams were i eat a piece of cake or a yammy pasta with a side of steak on the side....but i must face the music those are only dreams. i look forward to dropping more weight and i hope to see the one hundreds i think that is want makes me more motivated when i hit the gym in a way i dream to have a mega body so to do it i must work hard to suceed.

well at times i feel like i will never loose the weight i have so much dreamed about for years
......because I have dreamed that I woke up and I was skinny and only to wake up big and fat and miserable .
Even though the operation was performed and I exercised 4-5 days in a week, i find myself like before when i would go into a diet which i would loose alot of weight but eventually regain it all and some more. So at times i wonder when i will start regaining again what i have by...
