Seven months out of surgery

I am as of today seven months out of surgery and my weight as of today is 195 pounds...
I went into surgery weighting 295. I lost a total of 100 pounds.
I cannot say it was easy, avoiding the fatty foods, the chocolates, the cookies and pastries and coke. I had lots of times i wanted just a little piece, I mean what can a little piece do to me...blow me back up..lol but i didn't. I decided to change my whole life around when i went in for the surgery and i am keeping my vows to stay healthy and only eat what makes my body feel good.
I have kept going to the gym even if there were times i didnt feel like going...i would pick myself up and make myself go because ive kept my promise to change.
And i hope i never break my promise because i truly love myself now and incredible how life changes after this operation...how people look at you now and treat you as a person.
