I swear why cant i just have 2 weeks in a row where i loose weight! OMG i excersized even and ate right and plenty of calories and this week NOTHING. I lost 4 pounds last week and this week MAYBE a pound. I set myself a little goal that by memorial day i want to loose 20 pounds i think i'm 7 pounds into that goal. well this is a short blog. The darn scale is FINALLY moving again. Maybe its because i decided to start walking on that treadmill who knows nevertheless i'm down 4 pounds. I was so bad because i was weighing daily again walking butt naked to the garage where i "hid" my scale but i'm glad and i didnt get too excited. I weighed yesterday in at 220 and just to make sure it wasnt a mistake i weighed in this morning too at 220! God man that was a 3 1/2 week stall i really hope those dont come...

wow so i've gotten on my treadmill for the last 2 days in a row for 17 minutes and i really must admit i feel better after more energy and stuff. Who woulda thought. Now i pray that my 3 1/2 week stall will start the scale moving again. I started my food journal as everyone suggested and really find that i am eating between 600-750 calories a day so i have NO idea what is going on other than the fact that i'm not excersizing so i changed that and i BETTER see that scale / number move down again....

today was fun! The little ones went to my husband's apartment over night on Friday so that left me and my 15 year old whom I kidnapped and went to see Meet The Brown's, the Tyler Perry movie and OMG was it funny. Typical in the hood portrayal with Angela Basset and Rick Fox as the main characters.
