ok so like an idiot i got on the scale again today (my daughter stinks at hiding it) and it said 220! WTH i know its wrong and the stupid scale doesnt matter but with someone who has been so heavy forever i wanna see those numbers go down. wow i'm up to 24 minutes on my trusty treadmill and today i finally hit the 1 mile !!! i'm so excited i even walked at the speed of 2.7 So i'm really happy and proud of myself. Towards the end (last 5minutes) i usually am preaching to myself and that really helps today is was the story of Shadrak,Meshack, Abendego how that they had to be tried in the fire that they might come out as pure gold. Hallelujah! i just couldnt help myself i really am starting to feel really healthy despite my slow scale...

Thank God i've been mixing my 1 scoop of that bulking fiber the doctor sold me and I mix it with my protein drink, 3 strawberries, 1/2 bannana and I cant taste it at all thank GOD! And you know what, i havent had a "loose" stool or explosive stool in about 4 days. Since the fiber is like 25$ for a month i'm going to have to drink it every OTHER day because of the cost and i still have to buy all my other vitamins but OMG i'm so happy that something is working.

Well i went to a local thrift store because most of my clothes look bad on me now they just hang there. So i bought 2 outfits size 18 thinking they would be alittle snug still and i can look forward to fitting them soon but ya know what THEY FIT! And i must say look gooooood. One suit i bought for church only cost me 99 cents! and the other was only 7.99! I think i did good and my AC will be fixed today my friend ordered the part last night. And also my husband mentioned over the phone last night...

ok so i weighed in this morning for a total of 3 pounds lost this week. I guess i do feel better seeing that scale move. And i even added 2 mintues to my treadmill making it 20 minutes. I have a strong feeling thats why the scale has been moving and i in NO wise intend to quit excersizing i actually feel alot better.
I even made a smoothie with my protein mix, 1/2 banana, 3 strawberries and that nastier than nasty bulking fiber. I gotta try it everyday and hopes that it will help my "issue"...
