Looks like you're off to a good start. I'll do the same with mine. I'm going to do it as a journal. I think I might try to keep a journal over the next couple of months to keep myself accountable for that which passes these lips! I use to keep a journal when I first started with the RNY, but like so many other things it fell by the way side. I'm also going to try to get some exercise everyday be it pilates, using my exercise machine, riding my elipictal, taking a walk or riding my bike. I need to re-establish some good habits. One of the hardest parts for me is falling into the temptations of grazing. I am a stress eatter and I also pig out when I don't feel good. I know that dosen't make sense, but I do. It's almost like I'm trying to flush the bug from my system with food. Anyway, wishing you sucess today.

Well it's almost 11:15 a.m. How are ya doing? I go to lunch in a few minutes, going to have some soup. Yummy! Hang in there.

It looks like you're doing great. Do you have a headache yet? Mine started earlier today. If not don't be suprised if by tomorrow you do. Seemed like a common complaint. I've already started the "flushing" my system. Sheesh. Last time it wasn't until the second day! Keep hanging in there. Tomorrow will be tough, but you can do it. I was so tempted to snitch a piece of ham from my husbands supper. I didn't, but oh it was tempting. Talk to ya soon!
