Dumb scale at PCP office

so i go in today to have my depo shot and we all know i suffer from my scale withdrawls and havent been on it since May 4th (had to give it to mom) OMG they weighed me at 218! WTH!!! I'm so disgusted now what the heck is wrong! I HOPE thats just because my scale is different than theres (except theres is the manual one you push to get right number) STUPID i left there feeling so mad as usual and that i'm not doing well on this surgery and back to being mad

Now i'm desparate almost to weigh myself on my scale and dont have it but i'll survive I really wanted to be 199 by my June 13 six month post op appt. I'm really having my doubts now. I'm only pulling roughly 6pounds a month

	Ah...you get the depo injection? That stuff was so hard on me both physically and emotionally. But each of us are different. I hope you make it to 199 before June 13th! Good luck!!

	i am barely losing 6lbs a month now too.....i weigh everyday and sometimes it goes up a couple.....but i know that it will go back down. Don't stress....the doctor's scales always say 4.bs more than what mine say....ALWAYS, i wanted to lose all 100 by six months but my doctor says only 70 so i'll accept it and shoot for xmas.....don't be so hard on yourself.
