As most of you know I work with special education students in a high school. I've had 5 weeks off this summer to recovery from surgery and boy, am I spoiled! My sleeping in days and late nights end today. I'll be up at 5:30 am to make sure I get my breakfast down me and to pack water and snacks. Bed time will be around 10 pm. That's if the heat will allow me to sleep!

I haven't told any of my co-workers about the BPS. They know I had a hiatal hernia repair but that's it. I DID leave...

Getting dressed this morning and I decided to try on some smaller clothes that have been hanging in my closet for ages. Pre surgery I wore a size 22 womens pants and 2x tops.

I pulled on a pair of 20 jeans and they were too big! hooray! I tried the 18's and they fit but were hanging a little loose. Down 2 sizes...yeah!

The tops amazed me too. Stuff I hadn't been able to wear in YEARS are fitting now. Once I get out of those and into even smaller clothes, my closet will...

This morning I woke up to yet another day of no weight lost and I honestly felt like giving up. I've always had endless patience and perserved to the very end but this stall was getting to me. I'm also a very stubborn Aries, although a quiet one instead of a fire- breathing dragon.

While enjoying some decaf coffee this morning, I read my horoscope for today. Just what I needed to read!
