Another day...

Again, craziness. A good friend is in the hospital...Apparently, it's not good to be my friend, as it puts you at risk for serious illness. One more illness in someone close to me, and I think the CDC will put me on some sort of contamination list. Those of you making friendship requests might want to keep in mind that I'm some sort of general Typhoid Mary. Befriend me at your own risk. Just make sure your shots are up to date and the life insurance is paid up.


I ate things shouldn't have...some because of deliberate choice, and some because hospitals offer horrendous food choces. You'd think that places that exist solely to keeping people healthy would have better choices than fried chicken and cheese nips. But I guess they serve crappy food to keep the patient census up. Whatever would the American health care industrial complex do if the whole country decided to start eating healthy at once?

Tomorrow, I will do better. I have the ability to intellectually assess my situation and change my behavior based on that assessment. And I will keep on saying that until I believe it.
