hola,
so i start my two week diet on wed the 28th dont know how i will survive off of liquids!
debating which shakes to use. i have some herbal life protein shakes, does anyone recommend any brand? or know if herballife shakes are good choice?

I LOVE isopure plus..it taste just like Gatorade! My favorite flavors are Alpine Punch & Grape Frost! They come in plastic bottles & glass bottles I prefer the glass bottle taste.
