I have a quick question...... I had surgey on the 17th and I was just wondering what happens if I don't eat all my protein in the day? Cause ya know those protein shakes are just yucky!

Cathy, rather than posting this in the blog - I suggest you start a thread in the "Post-Op" category... not that many people read the blogs... its a fairly new feature!
