Last night my son Isaiah and one of my girlfriend’s daughters were at my house. The children are 6 and 7 years old. I was trying to crack open a fresh coconut, Isaiah had wanted one so badly. Anyways as I am whacking the crap out of the thing in a tank top mind you, I hear this little voice exclaim, "What’s that?" I asked, what's what? The liitle girl replied, "This." and began smacking my bat wing... not hard but enough to continue to watch it swing... I was cracking...

I just want to be a different type of girl. Everything is changing, my looks, my clothes (not by choice), the way people reacting to me, the reaction I get from people... its cool. It’s kind of like having a makeover. I want the inside to change for the better as well. Be more open, more vulnerable and less afraid.

Just coming back from the Obesityhelp Convention I became empowered, reflecting back to the old days and really get a great look at how far you've come, and how much more you've yet to go.
