Yesterday I went surfing and that surf kicked my butt, I expected to be sore and achy today but IM NOT! The old me would have had to call in sick for work, had every flippin' muscle in my body aching, etc .... I feel great!

Friday night I rode a mechanical bull, that lady was trying to toss me for real! I gripped that bull full strength with hands and thighs, Saturday morning I did not a single ache!

5/6/05 Discrimination

I was talking with Jeanie yesterday and I was telling her about some feelings after GBP. When I was fat I couldnt get people to help me, you know how it is... to be avoided. I am so tired of hearing, " Eat like a thin person." What the heck is that? Or the whole protein debate, how much we should be eating and proteins first, veggies second.

I am frustrated that I dont know how many grams of saturated fats you should have in your diet, and how much is too much. Is cheese really THAT bad for you? We keep hearing white cheeses is better than yellow cheese, and now Im hearing ITS ALL JUST FAT-yeah there is some protein value but...

Okay guys, Wed is my rebirthday and I am at goal... all should be swell, right? I felt underneath it all that by losing weight that my life would get easier... I dont know how it would I just thought that it may. But for the past few months I feel as though my thinking is clouded, my thoughts are sometimes irrational, I dont think clearly and I feel uncomfortable and uneasy... I dont know why. I cant shake this feeling, maybe I need some of those clear thinking meds, maybe depression...
