Moving across the country to the east coast brought more stress than I realized. My initial fear was snow, but now it's many different things. Enviromentally pollen, dust and molds everywhere. Being thin I notice I am more sensitive to seasonal allergy symptoms, when I was heavy I didnt notice any allergies.

The culture is different, being in San Diego with all the beautiful people, then moving to a small rural borrough in the bible belt is a shocker. Its all about grits, gravy and scrapple! I find that I am trying to find areas where there are fitness minded people. I am even considering joining a gym, I HATE the gym, but I need to be accountable seeing as I dont have my peers like I did in San Diego anymore.

I find that being thin I handle stress alot differently. Candy! Boston Baked Beans and Tootsie Roll Pops. I eat them like crazy when Im stressed, when Im aware of this problem and stop it I usually wind up dealing with stress thorugh my GI tract. Stomach cramps, diahrrea but I wouldnt change it for a thing. I like facing problems now. I look forward to the challange on how I will accomplish the problem.

There isnt much for suupport when you get to be 4 years out which is an absolute shame. Many people in this time have a tendency to regain weight. I will not be one of those people, but more really needs to be done to assist. Even if its through Learning Annex or something.

This summer I am focusing on getting a tan, a friend of mine recently called me glue. He said I am that white. I had hang ups about being in a suit before considering all my scars, but I am taking things to a whole new level on seeing what I can do to diminsh their appearance while worshipping the sun! 2 weeks and will be 4 1/2 years post op amazing. I cant believe I did it! Woo hoo!
