October 27, 2008 - I got on my scale and it showed 213 lb. Just one year ago it was 313 - really!

I cannot comprehend it quiet yet. My kids together weight about 100 lb. I look at them and have hard time imagining where did I have all this weight and how I was functioning caring it all around with me.

I literally feel like have wings I want to step it up in the gym, and step it up in my kitchen.
