help please!!!

Everyday I log on to tt read all threads. I know how to reply but dont know how to post a thread. I tried to search but nothing comes up.. I imagine it is something simple and Im just not finding it. With all that said, can someone please tell me how to sent up a thread

Just go to whichever category you want to post in -- "Exercise" or "Insurance" for example. At the top left of the page there will be a red button called "New Thread". Click that red button and it will take you to the page where you post. Let me know if any of this is unclear or if you have any more questions. Good luck!
