I am new to this ThinnerTimes deal. I've been reading blogs from people and checking out pictures .... so many of you seem so supportive and encouraging so I wanted to be a part. I am going to the Doctor on Thursday the 12th to have my consultation with Dr.Higa in Fresno. I've already done my labs, cardio clearence, nutrition class, phsychological evaluation, and physical...I don't think I have to do anything else unless the doctor requires it. I think with insurance approval...
