6 mo appt tomorrow

I have my 6 mo post op appointment tomorrow. I am looking forward to it. I hope my dr isnt dissapointed that I havent lost much weight. I am pretty happy at 160 although 150 would be nice too. I have gotten complacent and havent been on the scale like i was even one week ago- i just dont have the urge to weigh in as much, I dont know if its because i have been stalled for a month or what.
My hair loss is slowing down but my hair is in horrible shape,. Its lost almost 75% of its thickness although friends and family say it looks good. its lost a lot of its curl too. As much as my natural curls have pained me in the past I am missing them right now. It was kinda party of my identity a huge part of ME.

Oh well, hopefully they will come back with time.

I have been eating better and have been logging my food in Sparkpeople again. I need to get more water in - this too i have slacked off in seriously. I need someone to slap me and get me back on track. This is one of the downfalls of working from home. I dont have anyone to ask me how I am doing everyday in person. I need someone to be accountable to.
