The good , bad, ugly?? which one???

I got my pychol. eval back but don't know if it is good or bad..I am so close to surgery and know that this eval can either make it or break it...
in a part she said "her desire to be seen as normal and cooperative can serve to make her a good canidate for BS on the other hand evey effort will have go be made to help her understand the likely connection between her overeatting and her limited ability to identify and express emotions effectively...there is little likelihood she will react...
