So due to my deep hatred of protein shakes my doctor said that I am allowed to move to the next eating stage of this whole process a little early.

I was so excited! Except that today I tried to eat a 2oz piece of lamb and ended up becoming more sick than I have ever been in my entire life!

I finally threw up which was painful but also a total relief.

Wow, I had forgotten all about this. Just to update on my journey I was denied by Tricare because of no co-morbids. I got the paperwork in showing my severe sleep apnea and was denied again because I was not 100lbs over weight. I made an amazing meal last night; low carb mind you; they called it "Beef and Veggie and Cheese Casserole" and I can't believe how good it tasted.
