well it been 5 months already. it seem like i had surgery 2months ago wow time sure just fly when your having fun.
well last month was a great month in so many ways. i am in XL shirts now not quiet in a 20 pants but getting there.my thyroids are back to normal now and i am so happy about that plus my bmi went from 61.7 And now i am 39.2 i am no longer morbid obese. i can workout without feeling man i should go to sleep. i love exercising now. and i lost 13lbs last month. i some how new...
