So, more recently my issue has been with any and all food in general.. the idea of eating makes me want to puke, sometimes i can make it through the whole meal just fine but other times it takes some seriouse work to get me to eat.. i have to force myself by telling myself if i dont eat ill feel even worse.. which is true i think ive been skipping meals and im trying so hard not to but i just cant help it, im so grossed out by everything even if it tastes good...
