Well technically I'm 29 days post up but when it's close to the month factor who really cares right? Lol.

Anyway except for the constant lethargy I have I actually feel completely back to normal.

So yesterday I decided I would have scrambled eggs for breaky (even though I still have to call the dietician and get her approval but whatever lol) so had 2 small eggs with milk and some cheese and it was soooooo good. It's weird you know, you don't realise your missing out...

You wont believe it or maybe you will. Full of expectation off I went with my husband to my appointment at the hospital, went throught the usual routine, weigh-in, blood pressure. After that it was to be an hour wait to be seen. Finally my name was called, an unfamiliar doctor stood there so i'm thinking, someone different - this must be my pre-assessment appoinment.

When we sat down, the doctor introduced himself and then asked, "what are we doing for you then"....

Ok, its been a little over a month since my surgery. The scars are healing nicely and I am starting to feel "normal". I am afraid that that is the problem. I feel good, until I eat. eating is now a game of russian roulette. Will this bite make me sick? Will this bite get "stuck" and keep me up for hours at night wishing like hell I could throw up and get it out. I can't stand the thought of pureed food anymore. I am moving to soft food, or at least trying to. I find the soft...

Well here it is Sunday June 7th and I'm sitting home. I went in for surgery on Thursday June 4th and I was scheduled to be in the hospital until the 7th.. I was actually released on the 6th. cause the Dr. said that I was doing great and thought there should be no reason to stay in the hospital any longer.

So with that said I feel totaly great. And I am so glad to be home. I think if I had to stay in the hospital that one more day I would have gone crazy.

Hi my TT family, i am down 86 lbs since my surgery in january...feeling really good and healthy...still need to take my pills more better...but other then that life is great..just stopping by to check in!!!
