Well I finally broke the 230 barrier. I know that stalls occur and I try and not get hung up on it but you still want to break through. Someone in my local support group said to remember "PEW", Protean, Exercise and Water. I have been having trouble getting enough protean and I think that has my body going..."hey I am starving, stop burning up the fat". In any case, things are moving again.
