Sometimes I can not belive I have come this far in so little time, I had surgery just almost 3 mo. ago and I am on the downside looking up, and holding my head up so I can be seen instead of hiding behind my fat cloths and other people, I feel very good right now , I had a few weeks bad time with bladder infections ,on and off but now got to remember when you have this gbs you have to take antibiotics for 2 wks or so to get over infections so if you read this and have been doing the same thing...

Well yesterday I had an issue with having some milk. I drank a protein shake and started feeling like major crap. 20 minutes later I then spend the next 15-20 minutes in the bathroom crapping my brains out. So now I'm gonna have to look into other ways of finding out if I am in fact Lactose Intolerant or not. To help me prevent future issue like this one from happening. Cause believe me I DO NOT want to go thru that ever again. So that's newest goal for me. wish me luck..

i am a little over 4 months out from my surgery. i have lost 48lbs so far. sometime i wonder did i really have surgery. well last month i found out my weight loss has been slow because i have low thyroids. but i think its OK now i been on the thyroids pills far 4 weeks now and i can tell the difference in my energy. well i know this month is going to be a better month for me. i lost 10lbs the month of may,. and i feel good about myself. well that all that matters is the i feel good and the weight...
