I just thought I'd go in depth a little more about my life and struggles with weight.

I was born into a southern family who equated being large-sized to being 'healthy'. If one weren't slightly chubby, they would somehow believe that something was 'wrong' health-wise. I think this and other factors contributed to my early-life weight gain.

I think it is very interesting that so many of us feel like the real "me/us" is buried beneath the fat. I thought I was the only one who thought that about myself. You guys were right! The scale will only make you annoyed, if you're checking your weight every day.

I guess, that for me, it has been a kind of reward place where go to check the payback for the "suffering" of the cravings your're going through! All fine untill the day (today) you actually gained weight.

How on earth? I've been sipping for Sweden over the past 12 days ..aargh!
