I am not in AL anymore, but I'll join this thread anyway . I used to live in Huntsville (great area to live in), but now I am only a few hours away in middle TN. Hey Ya'll!!!

You know I live right on the edge. Chattanooga is super close to Georgia and Alabama. I really just stopped in to say. You Look Marvelous!

Hi Andy I am from Birmingham Alabama but now I live in Texas and I had Gastric Bypass On August 6, 2007 My weight was 278 and now I am down to 205 lbs. Well good luck to you on your weight loss Journey.

Hoping to be a "loser" one day!
Hey Everybody! I'm in Muscle Shoals, Al. I've been battling w/ins. since June and have been denied for the lap-band. My BMI is 38.9 with diabetes and sleep apnea. I was denied b/c the diabetes is not uncontrollable w/ medication and the sleep apnea is not severe even though I wear a CPAP. Just wanted to vent a little. I'm still hoping that I will be approved eventually. Thanks! Karen
