I'm curious... do you closely monitor your daily protein intake? I'm thinking about starting up weight lifting again and I'm wondering where my daily protein intake should be to build maximum muscle...
BTW, as to the libido question: mine varies... kind of like the waxing and waning of the moon. But I will say that when it's up... it's
definitely up (pun intended).
