You are early out, so I wouldn't say what you are experiencing anything unusual. There is a big difference with what you eat vs. how full you get. The lighter the food, the more you can take in. The heavier the food, less you can put in. This is not always the same with everyone.....we are all unique. Just remember to put in good protein first, especially early on when you can't get in very much. Take it easy and enjoy the small pouch while it lasts.

My doctor doesn't give us a list of foods. He says first 2-3 weeks of liquids and soft foods, then introduce new foods up to 8 weeks and then eating most foods. I know that this works for some, others it doesn't. You really have to follow the docs orders and listen to your own body.
