Christine - your letter was GREAT did you include pictures with your letter? what insurance do you have? we have healthnet hmo i am wondering how longi need to maintaina goal weight to request the tt and breast lift??? i am not at goal yet i am only 6 months out in a few days but i am thinking ahead to the 1 year mark..thanks so much for the great info!
