Ok, another question. Do you have a pill case that you carry around with you all of the time to make sure when you are out that you take your vitamins? Do you have your system memorized now or do you still have to refer to a sheet to make sure you are getting everything?
I am HORRIBLE at taking any kind of pills, I always seem to forget but this is going to be a time that I can't forget. I'm trying to fiind a way that I don't have to take a millions different pills because I'll be less likely to forget that way.
Any other tips?

I don't have a big regimen of stuff I take. I am starting with the basics. I take a liquid vitamin in the am with breakfast. I no longer supplement with B12 or Biotin since they are now in the vitamin I take. I use those tiny little ziplock bags they make for crafts (cheaper than the tiny ones they make for meds) and I put in my 2 calcium with D (or 2 chewable calcium citrate chews) and my iron capsule. I just spread them out throughout the day whenever I drink. My levels were all fine, so it's working for me. The liquid vitamin is one Robin recommended.
