Vitamin schedule
6 a.m.: While I'm prepping breakfast, I ta myke B12 sublingual tablet put it under my tongue, and let it dissolve.
Then, in between bites of cottage cheese and fruit:
Prenatal 19 tablet (prescription - I was low on iron, and this fixed it)
Beta Carotene gel caps (same as Vitamin A)
Flax Seed oil gel caps (helps keep you regular)
10 a.m. (ish) 500 mg calcium citrate chewable (Caltrate brand lemon cream)
noon (ish) 500 mg calcium citrate after I eat.
6 pm (ish) Centrum multivitamin after dinner
8 pm (ish) 500 mg calcium citrate chewable
