Hmmm, great info on this thread! Now lets talk experience, I see lots of skinny people drink soda pop! MODERATION is key. Let me tell ya that when i want a coke, I have a coke. I dont have 4 a day like my MO days, but I may have 2 a month... if I want it..... and here i am 2 1/2 year out still maintaing my 120+ weightloss. If ya want it, have it... occassionally. Water is echhhhhh, change the PH Balance in it and it will be easier to drink... change it with a lemon squirt, or lime or Crystal light or instant tea.... dont forget s/f koolaid
