Smile So many changes in so little time

I have to agree with some of these posts..

I don't do sugar.. I don't go there. I don't miss it either. If I am having a very difficult time with a sweet tooth I get a sugar free candy and chew on that.. But I try not to do that often as I don't need the empty calories.

I don't do soda. This was a hard one for me at first just the thought of it. However, I don't miss it. I thought I would die if someone ever took my soda away but I am really ok with it.

Reading labels.. what's up with that?? I am not a label reader.. or I wasn't shall I say. Now I read everything and decide if it goes in my mouth or not. Of course, I would have to say that even though I do eat healthy I don't completely say "no I can't have that" because I didn't do this so that I would be on a diet for the rest of my life. I do chose to eat healthy but there are times like every other Wednesday Stuart and I share a personal skinny crust pepperoni and jalapeno pizza from Round Table. It's our treat for doing good for 2 weeks. I don't think it hurts any. I mean we are still human and if we have cravings and we act on them sometimes they go away. I know that when I don't give into my cravings (like for pizza) then I just obsess over it and when I finally get it I am satisfied and move on. I know that in two weeks I can have it again.. so I don't obsess over it. I hope that makes sense.
