You body will stop shedding the pounds once it reaches a certain point. That is almost certain. Its something that our bodies just does. Thats why your doctor is telling you not to worry. Now if you have a eatting disorder and are starving yourself then your body will start eatting on your muscle and then you will start to lose weight unhealthy....I doubt if you are in that catogory. If you feel that you don't want to lose anymore weight then you need to really express this to your doctor. Put your foot down and let him know that you are comfortable at your current weight. He will then tell you how to maintain your current weight.

You have to remember all body types are different. The way one person maintains thier weight might be totally different from what you have to do to maintain yours. Consult your doctor and make him listen to you.
