I bought Pierre's "no sugar added" Neopolitan Slender brand reduced fat ice cream about a month ago, and it's delicious! but each time I've eaten it I've gotten sick (dumping) afterwards. Last night, I felt pains in my pouch. So, you ask, why do I keep trying it? Well, it's good, and it says no sugar added; so, I thought each of the two times before when I got sick that something else must have been to blame. But I can't stay in denial anymore; last night was my last night; I don't want to feel that way again. I hate to give it up but it tastes so good I almost think it has hidden sugar. Anyway, I just read the ingredients and the third ingredient is polydextrose; AND isn't anything that ends in -ose a type of sugar?
