I am constantly feeling on the verge of passing out. Last night after I worked out I had to sit inmy car I was shaking so bad adn all I did was 23 minutes on the elliptical and less than 10 on the treadmill at 20% incline. Thank God my mom stopped by and had a banana in her car it helped with the shakes but i still felt liek crap. I am eating plenty.......way more than most of the others onthis board AND i take my vitamins and supplemets religiously. I can't figure it out. I am tired too.....it's one extreeme or the other.......can't sleep or allI wnat to dois sleep. I have upped my iron from 5 pills to 10 pills and upped my B-12 to 3x's a week becuase even thouh my Dr said everything was in normal ranges I found out they are very low within the normal range I just hope I don't pass out on my trainer today.....well, come to think of it maybe he'll relax on me a little if I pass out! Just typing this has made me need a nap.....

Other than that I am pretty good.
