Protein supplements he claims adds weight that you don't need. I asked about 6 small meals and he said, you only need 3 meals a day, if you eat 6 then you won't be as successful as you want to be. He wants us eating real food, not liquids. He also says that its easy to fall back on high calorie liquids as you go along, so don't start them.

I did try supplements, especially when I wasn't getting in any food. Other than that, I have now stuck to real food which is so good after having a stricture.
