And try as hard as you can to get calories in. Your body is possibly hanging onto every calorie it can cause it thinks you are starving. The nutritionist told us that the thyroid is inside the neck....it has no way of knowing we are still fat. It's just operating based on the info it gets from your body and what you feed it. I know it's hard to eat sometimes at that stage, but add some milk or cheese and things to add some calories. But also, I don't think it's that unordinary to slow down here and there.....so don't panic. I mostly marked my monthly weights, but here is what mine are....month 1-24lbs, 2-20lbs, 3-7lbs, 4-8lbs, 5-9lbs, 6-2lbs. So, I have definitely had a week here and there where nothing moved. Trust me too that you will lose inches and do what I call "shape-shifting"........and you will still see results. Hang in there and be healthy.
