Michelle, I hit plateaus every two weeks since my surgery. My average weight lost per week is 2lbs. It could be due to how much we need to lose. Im kind of glad Im losing at the speed Im losing cause I don't want to have excess skin. Hopefully losing slow will give me time to work out and tighten my skin.
