Default Week 6 - A plateau already?

I am just wondering..I am now on week 6 after having RNY surgery on 2-13. The second week, I had lost 15 lbs. and I am now down 30 lbs. The problem is that I didn't lose ANY weight last week, not one lb. Is this normal? I don't hardly eat anything yet already, and I still maintain drinking a lot of liquids because the more solid foods are not agreeing with me yet. I am getting a little nervous because according to my doctor in the past, you should not hit a plateau at all until around 6 months or so as in the first few months, it comes of steadily.
