It's normal to fluctuate in the weight loss. It's not a steady downward progress,. It's up, then down, then level, then down. You have to work through the disapointments and remind yourself that this surgery is more than about weight loss. It's about health. The cardio and all is good for your long term goals and habits. Though sometimes, you need to take a break from such hard work and allow la little time off. Your body can't constantly push itself without a little rebellion in return. Take a deep breath, relax, loosen up the reins a bit and give yourself some room.
