Girl, you are on a roll. I'm two days behind you and can't even look at my treadmill with thoughts of getting on it yet. Great Recovery!!! I would say that the girls gave some great advice though. Although you feel well and are healed on the outside, your body still has to heal completely on the inside.
I too am looking to take advantage of this opportunity to work out and lose as much as possible in this stage, but you have got to listen to your body. You haven't had any complications yet, don't make any for yourself.
Thanks Kim for that schedule. My doctor didn't give me one, but I will use the one you posted here starting Monday. That will give me 10 day post-op and I'm hoping I will feel a lot better by then.
