At first I had very few foods I wanted to eat, and most of them I only wanted once and felt like I'd never want to see it again. The foods I listed in my earlier post were some exceptions. However, I find now that I am further out.....I can eat the same foods over and over. I never did that before. I would get bored and just go from one food to another. Now I can eat oatmeal for breakfast a lot and enjoy it. I can have my leftovers 2 or 3 times in a row and like it. I thought of this when reading the post above. Is it like that for some of you others? I'm trying to pinpoint the difference and I think it's that I slow down and enjoy the taste and texture. I don't know and maybe it's just me, but it's a good thing because I don't get bored and go in search of that elusive food I want like I used to. Hmmmmm....
