Well, we're all different that's for sure-so it IS a lot of trial and error. At first, you probably will be on soft or pureed foods-like tuna salad on saltines, chili, ect...but then soon, you'll be going to fish, salads, protein bars, ect..personally, I have trouble with chicken, beef jerky, and bread-but some people have no problems at all with those things. Just remember-PROTEIN,PROTEIN,PROTEIN.
