Walking, Walking, Walking...
Dr. C/Kelly recommend us to walk at least for 30 minutes every day. One week post op, we were instructed to walk every two/three hours to prevent blood clots. After two weeks, every day for 30 minutes. Like Christina said, I'd wait until 4 weeks out then try weight lifting. You really need to remember you've just gone through major surgery. It's hard to remember when you're feeling better and stronger. Take good care of yourself!
