Default Not sure...

My dietician says no more than 1 cup in volume at a sitting (ever), in order to keep the pouch unstretched. The only variance is crunchy stuff, like popcorn, which I can't eat anyway - makes me go to sleep.

However--every person is different. I also can't eat lettuce...it just hangs up in my throat or in my pouch, and I know a lot of folks on here eat salads regularly.
