I never cared for carob and SF chocolate makes me sick. But SF has come a long way in taste and I enjoy it. It also is loaded with calories and fat. I usually drink hot cocoa for the fix....made with cocoa powder, dry milk, sweetener, and sometimes flavored syrups. I get my fluids, my dairy, my protein, no guilt......a great solution for "most" times. The other thing I have found is the 100 cal packs of fudge stripe cookies and some little 100 cal soy ones (I can look at the brand later if you want to try and find them in your area...they are very good) with real chocolate drizzled on them. I do not get sick on either one. Then again, I don't know if sugar makes me sick because I eat it only in very small amounts and pair it with protein, usually nuts. I have also eaten 1-3 hershey kisses with almonds or a tenny tiny (fun size) pack of peanut M&M's. I only suggest these if you can eat a tiny amount. I am able to control these and truly eat a bite or two. My downfall is salty snacks like chips and highly buttered popcorn. They can only enter my house in 1 serving size bags....one at a time! So, know yourself before attempting your chocolate fix that way.
