Thank you and please keep sending me ideas. I have a very haphazard schedule. I do like the powdered milk in my coffee and tea and never thought to take any along, good one! I do have a problem finding lowfat cheeses around here. I end up stuck with Kraft processed fat free cheese. It melts nice, but its too limp to munch on the go by itsself. I am going to check the yellow pages for a cheese shop soon. The hard boiled eggs I have done, and in a pinch, WAWA has 2pks available. I have eaten every grilled chicken whatever available at every fastfood joint around, just the chicken! I take the Glad 1/2 c containers and take cottage ch, or puddings with protien powder added, but I need some variety. ( cottage cheese and hot salsa sounds gross, but its delicious and hi pro.) Does anyone have any info on carob? I am dying for chocolate of some sort not covering a pro bar?
